You Are My Strategy

For students and families

For students and families

Solve Your Academic Crisis

I partner with students and families to protect the child, relieve the parents, and chart the next strongest steps.

The Alejandro Adler Apex Advisory (4A) approach

A whole-decision view.

Academic crises fragment attention across the child, parents, school, and advisors—often while consequential decisions are moving quickly. 4A establishes the strategy, coordinates the people already involved, and keeps the family focused on the child and the decisions that matter.

  1. 01

    Stabilize the immediate situation

  2. 02

    Establish facts and decision rights

  3. 03

    Map stakeholders and options

  5. 05

Execute re-entry, transfer, or the next path

Who this is for

In their words

The work, experienced.

At a moment when it felt as though other people were deciding what would happen to me, Alejandro helped me understand what I wanted - and what I needed to do to earn it... I arrived at boarding school understanding that this year belongs to me... He was an ally who believed in me while also holding me accountable.
Student
What distinguishes Alejandro is his rare combination of judgment, empathy, and execution... He understood our son as a whole person - not merely as a student or a disciplinary situation - and helped us reach a conditional readmission agreement while preparing a thoughtful transition to boarding school in Canada.

Questions about Alejandro Adler Apex Advisory (4A)

No. 4A provides advisory strategy and coordination. When legal or clinical professionals are already engaged, Alejandro works with them while those professionals retain responsibility for their own advice and services.

02

How quickly can the work begin?

The 72-hour engagement is designed for immediate assessment, stakeholder mapping, crisis communication, and stabilization when a family needs a clear first path quickly.

03

What does personal ownership mean in a crisis?

Alejandro remains directly involved in strategy, communication, advocacy, and coordination so parents are not carrying the entire stakeholder and decision burden alone.
